Orgbix Pro is $24 a month. It renews on the same day each month at $24 until you cancel, with no introductory rate, no minimum term, no per-person charge and no step up. If the price changes for new subscribers you keep yours. Cancel from the account page in one click, whenever you like, with nothing to email and nobody to speak to. Access runs to the end of the month already paid and then stops, and your people and charts stay exportable for 90 days.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Should you buy an HR system instead?
If you need payroll, leave balances, timesheets and reviews in one place, buy an HR system: they do all of that and they keep a staff list as a side effect. Orgbix is for the company that already has payroll somewhere it is happy with and has no directory anyone trusts, or has a chart that is a slide somebody redraws each quarter. It does two things and it does not charge per person for them.
The comparison is about shape rather than price: no competitor's price is quoted on this site, because a per-person price cannot be stated as one figure without knowing your headcount. Compare the row you care about against your own vendor's published pricing page.
