Orgbix is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

Figures typed into the free sheets stay in your browser and are never sent to us. An enquiry gives us your name, email, what it is about, the headcount band and your message. An account gives us your email and the people, reporting lines and charts you record, because that is what the product stores.

Legal basis and sharing

Your details are not sold and are not passed to HR vendors, recruiters, agencies or advertisers. Stripe takes payment for the plan and receives your card details directly; card numbers never touch Orgbix. Our email provider delivers the messages we send you. Where you record your colleagues' details in the directory we act as your processor, on your instructions, and we do not use those records for anything but running the product for you.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@orgbix.com. We respond within one month.
